## History

- **2011 (February):** Awilco LNG ASA incorporated by Awilco AS.
- **2011:** Acquired three second-hand LNG vessels (WilGas, WilPower, WilEnergy) for USD 67 million.
- **2011 (May 12):** Signed shipbuilding contracts for two LNG newbuildings; raised NOK 534.8 million via private placement.
- **2011 (September 6):** Listed on Oslo Stock Exchange under ticker ALNG.
